LongLife Series
In answer to the ever increasing demand in the market for longer battery life, pbq has a series of batteries with an excellent price/performance ratio:
- The LL Series: a range of standard shaped Long Life batteries with a functional life of 10-years for standby applications in accordance to the EUROBAT specifications.
These rechargeable batteries are lead/lead dioxide systems. The dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte is absorbed by AGM separators and plates and immobilized. Should the battery accidentally be overcharged and hence produce hydrogen and oxygen, especially designed one-way valves allow the gases to escape, avoiding excessive pressure build-up.
Solar systems
The pbq LongLife series is being used for many applications but solar applications have taken an large part of these batteries during the last few years. Since most solar user want to know the capacity when discharged during a period of 100 hours, the datasheets will be modified shortly to include this information. However, in the mean time please add 18-20% to the C/20 capacity to get the 100Hr. discharge capacity.
Rack systems
For the SC-Series rack systems ar available in several form-factors. Racks can be configured in many different shapes and footprints including earth-quake proof versions. For samples, click here
