VRLA Battery Accessories
Cell connectors
In order to connect VRLA batteries in strings and in parallel, several different cables are available. Preformatted cables are available for standard side-to-side placement of batteries while custom made cables can be supplied for connecting UPS systems or other loads and chargers. Since these connectors are fully isolated, no special cover is required. Rubber covers are available for those applications that can not be fitted with the fully isolated cables.
Specifications:
Copper connector plate with flexible multi-strand copper cable fully covered with rubber. Removable plugs with hole for multi meter access.

Automotive posts
For batteries equipped with inserts, a special automotive post is available. This can be simply screwed in the insert to make the conversion. Please note these are sold as a set single the plus and minus connections have different diameters as is standard for automotive posts. These converters are available in both M6 and M8 version to suit the whole range of pbq LongLife batteries.

Faston converters
For the smaller batteries that come equipped with the narrow (4.32 mm) faston, a converter is available to transform this into a wide faston.
